A city break to Prague is a trip to a unique destination of central Europe. Prague has a very well developed transport system. It consists of a very modern, accessible, clean and relatively cheap network of metro, tram and buses. Particularly, the extensive Prague’s metro will take you just everywhere efficiently and fast. It consists of three lines that cross about 50 stations throughout the city and operates from 5am to midnight. Tram covers also a very large area of the city. It operates at daytime from 4:30 a.m. till midnight and at night from 00:30 a.m. till 4:30 a.m. City buses follow the same 24 hours itineraries and cover mainly the outskirts of Prague. Of course, you can just get everywhere on foot, as most tourist attractions lie in a convenient location within the city center.
