Getting around

You can reach Ios by car and ferry (taken from Pireas, the port of Athens) (approx. 6,5 hours). Another way to reach the island is to fly to the international airport of Santorini and use a boat from Santorini to Ios (approx. 1hour). Furthermore, during summer there is a daily connection of Ios port with almost all of the Cycladic Islands (Paros, Naxos, Santorini etc.).
